How do I hang wallpaper

when can i expect to receive my wallpaper
Most wallpapers have a 2 - 3 week delivery. If you order a wallpaper from the "IN STOCK - ready to ship" it should be shipped within 24 hours. Some murals and wallpapers can take 4 weeks.
Each wallpaper has the delivery time noted in the Product Detail section under the product image.
Can I order samples for wallpaper
YES - Samples are available for most wallpapers. Samples can take anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks depending on stock and where the sample has to come from.
Email your enquiry stating the item code and we will let you know if a sample is available, the cost and ETA to [email protected] or call us on 1300 851 801 and we can chat about your requirements.

I have received my wallpaper and the colour is different to the image on the website.
Colour and clarity vary from one screen to the next, unfortunately this means that not all of the images are true to colour. if the colour is critical then we recommend you order a sample cutting. Cuttings can take as as long as 4 weeks to arrive so it will delay your decision, but will give you piece of mind. We are unable to offer a return or refund if the colour does not meet your expectations.
If I order too many rolls can I return unopened ones for a credit.
We order the wallpaper in especially for your order. We do not accept returns if you over ordered or changed your mind (see Terms & Condition
Status: RECEIVED - what does it mean
Once you have placed your order and the payment has been approved you will receive an email stating your order and payment have been received.
Status: Processed - what does it mean
We mark you order as processed once we order the wallpaper, mural or samples from our supplier. This DOES NOT mean your goods are on there way. Delivery times are noted in the product information section of each item.
Status: Shipped - what does it mean?
SHIPPED status means your goods are on there way. we send you an email advising you of the ship date, how it was shipped and a tracking number if applicable.
